Formation au trekking international   Les sentiers du monde   Nos hemos especializado en entrenar a individuos, parejas o familias enteras para la realización de un demandante trek internacional, como el Camino del Inca o Huayhuash en Perú, el Camino de Santiago en España, o el Kumano Kodo en Japón.   Aunque una persona esté en buena forma física, hay varios factores que permiten convertir el viaje en una experiencia memorable, y evitar algunos de los más comunes errores en las largas caminatas.   Una vez establecida la fecha de partida para el trek internacional, diseñamos un calendario de salidas de entrenamiento, durante las cuales trabajamos los siguientes puntos:

En Octubre de 1972 un avión de la Fuerza Aérea Uruguaya se estrelló en medio de una tormenta en un lugar recóndito de la Cordillera de los Andes. Quince de los cuarenta y cinco ocupantes murieron en el accidente. Así dio comienzo la mayor historia de supervivencia del siglo XX, conocida popularmente como “Viven”. A lo largo de setenta y dos días, los supervivientes, integrantes en su mayoría de un equipo de rugby amador, lucharon por mantenerse con vida. A falta de otro alimento, tuvieron que recurrir a la carne de sus compañeros muertos...
