class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le Nevado de Toluca ou Xinant\u00e9catl est un volcan de 4,680 m\u00e8tres d'altitude situ\u00e9 dans l'\u00c9tat de Mexico, \u00e0 environ deux heures de la ville de Mexico et \u00e0 moins d'une heure de la ville de Toluca.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>C'est un excellent endroit pour s'initier \u00e0 l'alpinisme, car il pr\u00e9sente un degr\u00e9 de difficult\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9 et une pente raisonnable, \u00e0 condition d'\u00eatre mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment acclimat\u00e9.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 le village de Ra\u00edces, apr\u00e8s quelques kilom\u00e8tres de chemin de terre, nous payons le droit d'entr\u00e9e au parc et montons jusqu'\u00e0 un parking appel\u00e9 \"La Pluma\", o\u00f9 nous laissons nos voitures et commen\u00e7ons notre randonn\u00e9e. Nous sommes \u00e0 un peu plus de 4,000 m\u00e8tres d'altitude.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s un parcours facile d'environ huit cents m\u00e8tres, nous atteignons le bord du crat\u00e8re et un panorama \u00e0 couper le souffle s'offre \u00e0 nos yeux. Le crat\u00e8re a un diam\u00e8tre de plus de deux kilom\u00e8tres, et \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur se trouvent plusieurs lacs, comme ceux du Soleil et de la Lune, dont les eaux se refl\u00e8tent sur les pentes du Xinant\u00e9catl.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le Nevado est rarement enneig\u00e9, mais \u00e0 certaines p\u00e9riodes de l'ann\u00e9e, il porte bien son nom et son ascension n\u00e9cessite l'utilisation de crampons et de piolets.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L'itin\u00e9raire normal se poursuit par une randonn\u00e9e tranquille d'environ deux kilom\u00e8tres : on descend dans le crat\u00e8re et on monte une pente sablonneuse mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment raide jusqu'\u00e0 4,400 m\u00e8tres d'altitude.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Commence alors une section qui n\u00e9cessite l'utilisation des mains pour progresser, mais qui ne d\u00e9passe jamais le niveau 4 de l'\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne (5,6 de l'\u00e9chelle de Yosemite).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Vous grimpez \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s le long du bord du crat\u00e8re pendant un kilom\u00e8tre suppl\u00e9mentaire, avec des vues magnifiques sur l'int\u00e9rieur du crat\u00e8re, et vous atteignez le sommet, appel\u00e9 Pico del Fraile, \u00e0 4,680 m\u00e8tres.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La descente se fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par une zone sablonneuse de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du sommet, mais il est \u00e9galement possible de revenir par le m\u00eame chemin que celui de l'ascension. Dans tous les cas, on descend au fond du crat\u00e8re, on longe la Laguna del Sol et on revient \u00e0 \"La Pluma\".<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><em><strong>Curiosit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Le Nevado de Toluca n'est que 127 m\u00e8tres plus bas que le mythique Mont Blanc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d594af3 elementor-widget
